This image is displayed as a thumbnail in the parent category display. The image also displays (sometimes) in the its own category display, floating to the left of the description. Sometimes the image is NOT displayed on the category display. Here are the 2 cases: 1. From the parent category display, clicking on the sub-category name or thumbnail brings up the category display. It always contains the associated image on the left. 2. From a menu, under 'Menu Item' > 'HikaShop Options', I have set 'Show image' to 'no'. When the category display is shown from this menu item, there is **no image displayed**. I would like both cases to be the same, with no image displayed and the description exactly as composed. I would like to place my own images, slideshow, etc in the category description. In case 2 there is an option to turn off the image display. But I cannot see how to turn off the image display then navigating to the category display from the parent category. It causes the image to NEVER be displayed in the any category page. Code: /* Never show associated image in the Category description */ img.hikashop_category_image { display: none; } This is not a good "general" solution, but it works for me. Please let me know if there is an option somewhere to remove the graphic from individual category pages. The image also displays (sometimes) in the its own category display, floating to...")* Just found that in the Display>Content Menus> in the "Parameters for DIV" change the "Type of Item Layout" to "title" will remove the category images, which is what I believe the original poster and I (which brought me to this thread) were looking for.
