Did you get the categories added ? If you go inside the categories, do you see the products ? On the front end ? On the back end ? Could you do a screenshot of a products listing of a category with products inside it in the back end ? Do you see the products in the hikashop_product table in the database ? No new categories are added and I cannot see any products on the front or back end. Attached screen of what it looks like after the sheet is added. It must be a problem with the insertion of the categories in the database. Numbers are considered as categories id. Please manually create the categories and use the category ids instead of the numbers, then import and it will work.
