You should ask the support of ideal-checkout who created that payment plugin. Ideal-checkout is not free anymore, It's open source but for support the ask € 75.00 ... a little bit strange. He was not installing the plug in the map Hikashoppayment ( no rights with FTP ). With Joomla explorer i make the map idealcheckoutideal and copy 1 for 1 the files. and it now working. This week we will make the decission about the business version.
