What are we missing?")* If the status is "none" in the created orders, it means that the status which was added to the order could not be found by HikaShop in the list of statuses that you can find in the menu System->Order statuses. One explanation is that you changed some of these statuses. Another one is that the order status in the "Default order status" option of the configuration does not exist anymore in that list of statuses.
