I downloaded and formatted a example csv file so i got a understanding of it, and once i got all the errors repaired, it said it downloaded. When i went into my products to see my vast array of 27 products i created I am unable to see them. I went to products>root> and nothing was there. Do i have to enable something. I went to the help section and didnt see anything. Thank you for your help this is my first time using a forum. If you use the latest version of HikaShop, the products should be linked to the main product category if no category is specified in the CSV. Did you specify a column categories in your CSV ? Do you still have that category ? Do you see your products under that category ? It's as if its empty? Because it's normal that you don't get anything in the listing of categories. Otherwise, could you provide an access to your website so that we can check your settings ? Did you try to reimport your products ? What message do you get ? Do you get the products after that in the products listing ? Could you do a screenshot of the product listing? Could it be a database area with phpadmin or mysgl?
