We don't have such plugin for now in HikaShop. 2. Because PayPal doesn't support complex shipping methods fee structure we've had to add the shipping as a regular item on PayPal. I don't have a solution for you except to turn off the "send order details" option of the paypal plugin so that it just sends the total amount of the order to paypal. 3. I can see that for that error someone recommends to set the no_shipping value to 2.
