But when it comes to order notification or order status change notification the emails are not delivered to any users that have email accounts with google mail. For users with other email providers everything is ok. So it is very strange because hikashop takes email sending parameters from joomla if i understand it correctly. You should contact your hosting company which is handling your email server so that they can look at the logs of the email server and tell you why your emails are not delivered to gmail addresses. The only difference between the registration emails and the order notification emails is that the order notification emails are HTML emails. So it is potentially possible that a specific setting needs to be changed in the email tab of the hikashop configuration based on the recommendations of your hosting company for sending HTML emails.
