Thank you so much for your help!")* Hi, You have the "force shipping regardless of weight" option turned on and you have the shipping view in your checkout workflow but not shipping methods selection on your website which indicates that your shipping methods are not configured or not properly. Remove the shipping view of your checkout workflow if you don't need any shipping or configure properly your shipping methods.
