What am I doing wrong?")* Hi, The image path point to the file "/media/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnail_198x300/carousel2web_1690696028.jpg", check if the image is present in this directory. You can change the size of the images in HikaShop > Configuration > Files & Images. Try to change the value of the image sizes and add it again in the product page. They will be resized, and displayed in the new size set. What am I doing wrong?")* That's because you have updated HikaShop and that you had edited the view file displaying the image. Because of that, you didn't get the new code of the view to handle the new thumbnails folder structure. So you should try to revert the file "show_default" or the file "show_block_img" or the file "show" of the view product to fix that (it depends on how you changed the code and for which version, so I can't see the exact file). There search for these view files and if you have a bin icon on the "remove customization" column, it means that the view has been edited previously. You can click on the icon to remove it.
