I am trying to import classes that we allow students to sign up for with start and end dates with particular time slots throughout a 7 day week. You would have to create custom fields of the table "product" via the menu Display>Custom fields for your dates and timeslots. There you can select the format for "date" type custom fields and enter the possible values for timeslots. Then, in your CSV import file, you can enter the dates in the same format and enter the timeslots as you did in the custom fields.
