We have purchased Hikashop business and need to export the order information automatically to send to our manufacturer who also handles the shipping. We are looking for a way to automatically export the order information into a CSV file on a regular basis so our manufacturer can recieve the data and process the orders through their system. We know this export order information manually, but the purpose is to streamline our process and connect our Hikashop with the manufacturer/shipper. Can we set our order information to export regularly? And can we import our shipping confirmation information so our customers can receive tracking data? Our distributor/shipper has worked with Magento, Shopify and other eCommerce based websites, but we are at a loss as to how we can connect our systems. Is this something Hikashop can do?
