Thank you very much from now.")* You should be able to change on what page the Cart and Menu show via the Joomla Module Manager. Select the Shopping Basket Module and change the Menu Assignment at the bottom of the page from All Pages, to only on the select pages. Change the Menu Selection to HikaShop hidden menus and deselect Checkout. Repeat this for your menu module. I just tested it on mine, and the Cart module did not show when I moved through to checkout.
