[image]")* when I use console to see what is going on, I saw this error message: XMLHttpRequest cannot load "website url"/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=checkout&task=state…e&field_namekey=address_state&namekey=country_United_States_of_America_223. Origin "website url" is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin. But don't know how to fix it, thank you. [image]")* Hmm, so weird, without doing anything, Chrome can see the state field now, but Firefox and IE still can't see it, earlier, all 3 browsers can't see the state field. [image]")* Hi, That's because you're accessing your website with two different doamins and the AJAX request to load the dropdown of states always use the same one. So in some cases, the domain of the AJAX request is refused by your browser when it is different than the domain of the current page. You should not do that. All the pages should be accessed with the same domain. That will avoid that error and also improve your SEO by avoiding duplicate content. Hi, Nicolas, thank you very much, the weird thing is from my understanding, we only have one domain for this website, could it be the problem from the hosting company? And how do I found out which are the two domains associate with the website if that is the causing of the problem, thank you very much. You should add a htaccess rule to always redirect the requests to one of the domains to the other one.
