I'm not sure what to do as Plugins are enabled and zones are enabled")* Hi, Thanks to check the shop default address, because if the default address is not in the payment / shipping zones, it will not work until the user enter their address. You can too have a step for the login - registration - address, and another step for the payment - shipping. By this way the system will select the available methods for the entered address. If you still have the problem, that's probably due to a zone problem, a weight/price problem..
