I never saw anywhere that it mentions a time limit for downloading, so please give me the link to download as soon as possible. Thank you!" I tried resetting the download expired but that only seem to reset the number of downloads and not the Download Period Elapsed issue? If it doesn't work, it guess the best is to create a new order directly in your backend for this client. By the way, you can set the Download time limit in the main configuration (system>configuration>files).
