You should see the content of the popup because there is a javascript which should copy the html content in the parent parent and close the popup. So, I think you have a javascript error in your page. Which version of HikaShop are you using ? Would it be possible to have a backend access to your website in order to test it directly ? (you can send us such private information by private messae or via the contact form (indicating the url of this thread)). I just started to create this page for e-commerce and there is only: - Joomla 2.5.9 - Hikashop (latest version 2.1.2 - only think additional installed is JCE Editor 2.3.2.4 I will send you login details to computer.
