Jay")* We will need more information on how you configured your fedex plugin to be able to help. Please provide a screenshot of the fexed plugin options (you can hide the credentials) as we as a screenshot of your test product settings and of the Checkout tab of the configuration. That will allow us to see what you're missing. Also, if you're not getting any error during the checkout even though there is no shipping method found, it's possible that your template is not displaying messages: [ www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...issues.html#messages](http://www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentation/61-hikashop-compatibility-issues.html#messages) Please make sure that your template is able to display the messages and if then you get messages relative to shipping during the checkout, it would help us tell you what to do if you could give them.
