So that only users registered in that zone have to pay for that tax? I tried added the zone to the tax in the edit tax options but unfortunately that doesn't seem to be doing the trick. My second question is. How come I keep getting this 404 error whenever I added a product to my cart. This was working for a while and I'm not sure why it stopped. The exact 404 says this. Error: 404 - Category not found and the url comes up with this [ www.cleanpeaceonline.com/cleanpeaceonline/products](http://www.cleanpeaceonline.com/cleanpeaceonline/products) . I'm not sure where the cleanpeaceonline came from, I certainly never made a category called that... Anyways your help is much appreciated. Thank you devs! I think that this should do the job if your user's billing address is not in this zone, but you can also use access levels through the business version, then you'll be able to restrict your taxes regarding user groups. You were right about #1, the issue was resolved once I fully registered in another state as a test user. I'm still having some trouble figuring out number 2 though. Hard to say precisely but a simple solution is to deactivate the SEF option of the joomla configuration and that will avoid the issue regardless of how you configure your menu items.
