So that you'll be able to restrict the access of your discount to only this user group by using **Access level**. Note that ACL are available through the **business version of Hikashop**. Any other ideas?")* That's a good suggestion, but the problem is that our membership lasts for 1 year, and if it's not renewed by the user, the discount shouldn't be applied anymore. Indeed I could add all the current members to a Joomla users group, but I don't see a way to automatically remove them from the group once the membership expires. Any other ideas?")* You could use a membership extension for joomla to do that. Some of them will automatically remove the users from the user group corresponding their subscription once it expires. I think that Akeeba subscriptions has such capability so I would recommend to see that with them.
