Once the user/customer checkout and pay, how the link and PDF file will be delivered? The customer will receive an email with the link, where it needs to be configured? The file section in the product creation is where this PDF is attached, how the user has access to it? Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you! The simplest is to use a joomla streaming video plugin to include your videos into the description of your products. For example, this one: [ extensions.joomla.org/extensions/multime...layers-a-gallery/812](http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/multimedia/multimedia-players/video-players-a-gallery/812) 2. What is a "files link page" ? You mean on the products listings ? In that case, in the HikaShop options of the products listing menus/modules you can change the "item box layout" option to "Image and description". Then, you need to edit the file "listing_img_desc" of the view "product" for your frontend template via the menu Display->Views and change the line: echo preg_replace('#<hr *id="system-readmore" */>.*#is','',$this->row->product_description); to: echo JHTML::_('content.prepare',preg_replace('#<hr *id="system-readmore" */>#i','',$this->element->product_description)); Please [Log in](/login?return=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuaGlrYXNob3AuY29tL2ZvcnVtLzQtaG93LXRvLzk1NTItZGlnaXRhbC1wcm9kdWN0cz90bXBsPW1hcmtkb3du) or [Create an account](/component/users/registration?Itemid=101) to join the conversation. - **[sunilgowda](/forum/user/13169-sunilgowda "View sunilgowda's Profile")** - [![sunilgowda's Avatar](https://www.hikashop.com/media/kunena/core/svg/person.svg)](/forum/user/13169-sunilgowda "View sunilgowda's Profile") - [ Offline](/forum/user/13169-sunilgowda) Less More - Posts: 3 - Thank you received: 0 - - 13 years 9 months ago [\#87941](#87941) by [sunilgowda](/forum/user/13169-sunilgowda "View sunilgowda's Profile") Replied by *[sunilgowda](/forum/user/13169-sunilgowda "View sunilgowda's Profile")* on topic *[Digital products](/forum/4-how-to/9552-digital-products#87941 "My client will be selling online videos via links, some coaching that can be given via PDF files, etc. Since I am new in HikaShop, I am still trying to understand the delivery concept for this digital...")* In digital products need to show my video in our template layout like article page not download link... ??? Use a Joomla streaming module, restrict it access to a user group. By this way, when a user bought a product, his group change and he can see the movie. We can't manage the time duration for a group, but maybe another Joomla component can manage that.
