Create 2 tax zones through "*Hikashop->System->Zones*" : - One with all zones of the EU - One with all zone except the EU. 2. create 2 taxes through "*Hikashop->System->Taxes*" with : - The same "Product tax category" options - Different rates 20 and 0 - Different zones (the one that you have previously created) Hope this will help you a little.
