And Customer Types = All Customer Types. Please advice, where I am going wrong. Need the Registered User to pay taxes as well. When you're logged in, the system uses the zone that you selected for the state/country fields of your address. When you're not logged in, it uses the "main tax zone" you configured in your HikaShop configuration. So it's probably that your user's address is in a zone that it outside of the zones that you configured in your tax rules.
