Do you want to define the price of your product yourself in its backend, whether for prices with AND without tax? Or maybe you mean that the price with tax does not match in these calculations? Potentially because there is no rate applied to your default tax? I deleted all taxes and rates, then created new ones and applied them. I could have overlooked something, but everything is fine now.
