For the characteristics: - - Question, if the file is loaded into the class (require_once ($chromePath); ) then why are the parameters $element and $params passed as references. Surely the require_once loads the file and it becomes a part of the class and so has direct access to the class variables. Note: hikashop_characteristics_html is called passing three variables, but only two are listed in the parameter list of the function. To get a base to start from I have copied the code from characteristic.php (line 89 onwards) including the 'display' function. To prevent a name clash between this 'display' and the original one in the characteristic.php, I've renamed the function and only call in the new file to 'display_characteristics'. The theory is that the over-ride now consists of the very same code/functionality to create the characteristics as would occur if the over-ride didn't exist. The problem is that the display breaks. If I clear $html ( $html=''; ) just before the return, I still get the broken output, so it looks as though there is an issue before that point and the return is somehow happening before hitting the intended exit point but I can't for the life of me, see the cause. The csv file produced at export does not contain a column to define the filename of the downloadable product. Defining the path on my server where to retrieve the downloadable product works OK. I just need to fill it out in the 'File' column. The strange thing is that hikashop automatically copyies the path into the filename table. As a result of that my client gets the downloadpath reveiled when they start the download. That is very wrong. One doesn't need to be a rocketscientist to add 1 and 1 together and being able to determine where and how to download ALL products in my shop for free. Please provide a solution ASAP. I'm in the middle of creating a "Menu Item" and enter the "Hikashop Options"; everytime I tried to select the Associated Category it keeps redirecting me back to the "Content menus" list. Here's what I experienced: 1. Create a new Menu Item. Name it with "Fish For Sale". Save it. 2. Go to "Advanced Options" - "Hikashop Options" 3. (now we're in the "Content menus" of Fish For Sale) .. I tried to select "Associated Category" - click on "Select" 4. I'm automagically redirected to "Content menus" list.. No chance of viewing the Category at all. 5. Repeat step 2, and ended up to the same location again. The Category I was trying to select is also "Fish for Sale". I confirm that Category has been created before I create the Menu Item. I'm using: HikaShop Starter 2013-05-09 Joomla 3.1.1 IE, Chrome, FireFox all the same error Can you please help me on this one? I'm frustrated with this funny thing. The current FedEx Plugin is successfully communicating with FedEx, and is displaying correct values, but there are a few kinks I want to air out, in case there are fixes available. First, the system is returning two system messages, neither of which appears to be valid or correct: The first is "There are no valid services available", which is obviously untrue, since there are services listed in the appropriate spot on the page. The second is "The shipment qualifies for FedEx home delivery. Please resubmit your request with serviceType Ground Home Delivery.", which is obsolete, since the request WAS submitted with that serviceType (verified by FedEx tech support) and no resubmit is necessary. I need to either fix these messages or hide them. Suggestions? The second issue is that when I set the "Rates" configuration of the plugin to "Discounted rates of your FedEx account", FedEx says they are receiving the request properly and are returning the rates, but Hika is NOT displaying them. However, if I set the "Rates" value to "Public rates", FedEx says they are receiving the request, returning BOTH the public rates and private rate values (since the account settings and passcodes are in order), and Hika IS displaying the private rate, unasked. So, to display the private discounted rate, I currently have to ask Hika NOT to display it. Not a huge issue, but very confusing. Also, a good instruction page for this plugin would be helpful, including the fact that I could not get Ground Delivery Home rates to display at all until I activated a Restriction zone of United States. That's not exactly explained anywhere I could find. Thank you for your hard work, I hope this message can help sort out a few rough edges for you and for other Hika users.")
