When I am viewing all the products in the category listing - they look fine. When I view each product individually and use the "left and right" arrows to rotate through the products, each page is missing the background and a lot of formatting. Here's a link to a specific product on our website: The formatting and the proper looking site shows when you "refresh" or "reload" the page. One on the feature I'm trying to use is the checkout without login/registration. When the customer is on the cart I need the form to insert the shipping address then with next go directly to type of shipping/payment. Login configuration is set to off. In the workflow I set cart-address-shipping-payment but when I'm in the step of address, nothing appears, no form appers. I also followed this trick found on the forum: ---- If you want to have a checkout without registration but with address, you will have to have both "login" and "address" views in the checkout workflow. Then, in the Checkout tab of the configuration, you can change the option "registration" to "no registration" in order to remove the creation of a user account. Also, you can turn off the "login" option there to remove the login area of the checkout. That way, you will still have the address form but no user account would be created. That "Registration" option is only available in our commercial editions. ---- Anyone can help me? The purchase path is working ok and the customer gets an email with a link to the file. However when the customer clicks the link they are asked to login to our site, which is fine. However once they have logged in the file downloads, again perfectly fine. However the login form stays on the screen as if they haven't completed the login. If I set a redirect path in the login form menu item the customer is redirected after login but then doesn't get the download unless they click the link again whilst still being logged in. As an aside, is there a module to show a list of purchases that a user has made? The support of the provider are not able to help me until now. Anyone had experience with this and can help me please? Example: Category SUBSCRIPTIONS with these CHARACTERISTICS: TYPE and YEAR If they buy a SUBSCRIPTION that is ONLINE for the year 2013 that is $118. If they buy a second year that is ONLINE for 2012 that would be $113. Any subsequent year would also show a $5 discount. We are using the Starter Edition. I can do this per product, but have been unsuccessful making it work for a CATEGORY. I know I can add the products in the SUBSCRIPTION category for 2-Year Subscriptions, 3-Year, etc as we did in ZenCart. But would like to avoid that if possible. Any suggestion? Thanks!") It seems there is some underlying compatibility issue between CB, Hikashop, EasyBlog, K2 and who knows what else. Could it be the responsive template (Joomlashack)? --- I have no idea where to search - since it appears to be rather complex. I added my characteristics one by one and saved them after each addition. After I added each characteristic I went to 'manage variants' and deleted the unnecessary ones. I checked my front-end after each characteristic was added. The first four characteristics worked with no problem, but the 5th caused the 500 error. Numbers of variants are running into hundreds at this stage... could it be a question of php memory allocation? At one point I was receiving a fatal error saying exactly this, but it stopped after I attempted to delete and start over. Now I just get the 500 error constantly, but it works agin when I trash the 5th characteristic. Also thought it could be duplicate database entries, but I manually deleted everything I added for this item, and the problem still persists when I recreate the characteristics & variants. I have products placed in two categories, but want only one category to be displaced to the user. Is that possible? Some of products have prices based upon the size choices made by the customer (see attachment for the backend for this product). But when the product is initially displayed, the price is shown as Free. Add to cart and view cart buttons are not showing. The Place order link takes users to the display category page.
