The website is CarAudioWorks.net - specifically in the Boxes product sections. Categories are fine. Sometimes the top table border doesn't appear, sometimes the bottom border, sometimes there are borders missing right in the middle of the table. I have triple checked all of the formatting and the code is correct in the descriptions. I even noticed that when I copy the either the straight source code or the rich html from the front-end and paste them into an HTML editor they come out fine. So even the source seems to be coming out ok. I noticed also that the quantity field is missing it's table borders. So I am thinking that there is some left-over error that is continuing down into the description. I think I can edit this in the Display-views section. Possibly the product listing_img_desc or maybe product listing_div, But I'm not exactly sure, and I'm not a master at PHP. So any help would be greatly appreciated. These types of things drive me crazy and eat up a lot of my time trying to fix. lol I also just checked IE and these table border errors do NOT occur in Internet explorer 8.0, if that helps.") It all worked fine in starter, so if you clicked a manufacturer in the left menu it displayed all the products in the main component by that manufacturer. But after the upgrade to Business it just list does a category list page instead. I have tried scrapping the Manuf menu and creating from scratch but I can not get the same result as I did in starter. I tried to repeat the process in starter and it works fine, so I can only guess this is an issue or bug with business, or something new in business that I am missing. This is a dev site, I can send you links privately if you like. I have attached 2 screen shots, bot of which are reached by clicking Apex in the manuf menu. 1 is in starter, 2 is in business. I have also done it for categories. We several hundred of these to do so I created an import file and, just for convenience, organised it with a format similar to the simplified one below: product_code,related xxTest_Product_Top2,TD_2180058 xxTest_Product_Top2,TD_2214419 Although the above import correctly attaches both related products to the main product, it completely erases pretty much everything else, including: The product name The product description The product category The product image etc etc However,the following format works fine, keeping all the other product information intact: product_code,related xxTest_Product_Top2,TD_2180058;TD_2214419 I have used related product imports before but each line has started with a new product code, not a repeat of the same product code. That type of import also works fine. The problem seems to be where the product code is a repeat of the line that precedes it. It behaves the same whether the import is from CSV or from the text area. The checkout workflow edition tool available on Joomla 1.6+ or Joomla 1.5 with mtupgrade enables you to easily modify it with a drag and drop interface. Here is the explanation when disabling the advanced checkout workflow edition with the option below: This textarea will let you configure the workflow of the checkout process. The checkout consists of steps and layouts. On each steps, you can put whatever layout you want, with the order you want and you can have as much steps as you want. Steps are separated by a comma and layouts in a step by an underscore. So the default workflow, wich is "login_address_shipping_payment_confirm_coupon_cart_status_fields,end", means that there are 2 steps. One with all the layouts in it and a second one to display the end screen. If you use the checkout process in this configuration, you will see that when you start the checkout process some layouts won't be visible. For example, if you are logged in you won't see the login layout but you will see the address layout. On the other end, if you're not logged in, you will see the login layout and not the address layout as it requires you to be logged in to be displayed. So, you have some dependencies of information between the layouts even if they are in the same step. A more "old school" workflow might be "cart_coupon,login,address,shipping,payment,confirm_cart_coupon_status_fields,end", where you have 7 steps : The first one where you will see the cart content and the coupon interface letting you add a coupon code, a login step (which will be skipped automatically if the user is already logged in), an address step where the user will be able to enter his address, then a shipping selection step, a payment selection step, a confirmation step where he will be able to confirm the information he entered and finally the end step. Note that on top of that, all those layouts are customizable via the views management screen in case you really need to do/display something special. The end view always have to be on the last step ALONE. The confirm layout have to be on the step before the end step. It is just a logical layout which check all the data and create the order so it doesn't display anything. The fields layout enables you to ask your customers additional information thank to custom fields on order. This custom fields functionality is only available on the Business version of HikaShop. An additional checkout view called "terms" can be added so that the customer is required to check the termes and conditions checkbox before finishing his order. Finally, a progress bar can be displayed by turning it on in the display tab of the configuration. If you don't see the shipping layout, it could be that you didn't set a weight to the products in the order. Please note that in order for the system to display a shipping method or a payment method, it needs to be published AND its configuration have to be saved at least once. Please also note that addresses are linked to user accounts so you can't have the address view without the login view.")
