Unfortunately when I select the characteristic in the checkboxes of the columns to include in the exported file, it provides the column name, but no values. I did notice that the column title is the english readable version, whereas in the main Export function in the admin product list view the column heading is the alias. So in this case, where the main export has 'collection_point' the mass action uses 'Collection Point' and doesn't provide any results.
