I've added a patch to fix the problem and successfully tested the patch on your website. So it is now working fine on your website. For anyone with the same issue, I've also included the patch on our end. So if you have an older version than HikaShop 6.0.0, update it and you'll get the fix. If you have HikaShop 6.0.0, download again the install package on our website and install it on your and it will add the patch. If you have a newer version than 6.0.0, then you already have the patch. Also, the columns are "related" and "options", not "product_related" and "product_options". Can you check that you're looking at the correct columns ? If so, could you provide again a backend and FTP access and provide the product codes for the products with the issue ?
