Thanks,")* Hi Alireza, Good news: we could not reproduce the blank page on your site anymore, and I think we found what caused it. When you apply a filter, the listing refreshes in the background and re-runs the scripts that come back with it. An older, cached copy of one of our scripts was throwing an error during that refresh and blanked the listing until you reloaded. The version currently on your server already handles this, so it is a stale cached file, not a live bug. Your site seems to sit behind the Sucuri proxy, which caches our JavaScript very aggressively (for years). That old copy kept being served to every visitor and survived normal refreshes, which is why it looked like it happened on several computers. To clear it: - Clear the Sucuri cache (in your Sucuri dashboard, Clear Cache). - Clear the Joomla cache (System > Clear Cache). - Open a product listing and do a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5 on Windows, Cmd + Shift + R on Mac). After that, filtering updates the listing without going blank, as it does on our side now. To be safe, I cleared the cache and followed your directions, but no luck. I copied the website to the test environment, and this one is not using Sucuri, yet we still see the issue. I've made a patch. Download the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on your test website. Then, clear your test website's cache if any, and do a hard refresh in your browser and it should hopefully work properly.
