S'agit-il d'un problème connu ? Merci")* Merci de votre réponse. Le problème intervient au moment de la redirection vers Paypal. C'est un problème aléatoire que je n'ai reproduit qu'une seule fois en cliquant sur le bouton qui permet d'être redirigé vers paypal quand le lien automatique ne fonctionne pas. Les clients qui ont ce problème ont une commande créée mais pas confirmée parce que pas payée, certains on créé jusqu'à 4 ou 5 commandes avant de renoncer. Avant Hikashop je n'avais qu'un seul produit dans la boutique et j'utilisais un bouton Paypal qui fonctionnait correctement. Merci")* Ca y ressemble mais dans mon cas les clients se retrouvent sur une page vierge au lieu de la redirection vers paypal, il n'y a pas rechargement de la page checkout. Ce n'est pas simple parce que je n'arrive pas à reproduire le problème et que c'est toujours un peu délicat d'appeler un client pour lui demander ce qui ne fonctionne pas. Paypal a fait un test de mon site sans problème. Je continue d'enquêter et vous tiendrai au courant... Le dernier semble avoir eu un problème différent des autres : pas de page blanche mais un refus de passer sur le site paypal avec le message "votre commande a déjà été payée". Si quelqu'un connait ce problème je suis prenneur ! Cela peut arriver si la personne fait de "retours" dans son historique, il peut se retrouver sur l'appel de la page demandant le paiement pour une commande qu'il a déjà payé auparavant. Je vous ai donné un cas possible permettant d'avoir ce message. Pour votre cas précis, il nous faudrait des informations plus précises car, il n'y a pas de soucis particulier avec le plugin paypal mais quelque chose sur votre site doit générer un soucis. I solved it today by updating from version 1.6. to 2.0 of the starter edtition. Hope it lasts...maybe it can help you, too.
