Merci d'avance")* Le lien de téléchargement devrait être contenue dans l'email de confirmation de commande, et le fichier devrais être présent dans l'espace de téléchargement uniquement si la commande est au moins **confirmée**. Pouvez vous : 1. Me montrer à partir de quelques capture d'écran comment avez vous inséré le fichier via votre page produit ? 2. Vous assurer via "Hikashop->Commandes->Votre commande" que le status de la commande est bien **confirmée** et que le fichier de téléchargement est bien lié au produit (une capture d'écran de cette page pourrait aussi être utile). Le téléchargement ne nécessite donc pas d'acheter le produit et doit être afficher sur la page produit. Merci de modifier la configuration de ce fichier afin de ne plus le rendre "gratuit", il sera alors accessible dans la commande et dans l'espace de téléchargement. Un téléchargement "non gratuit" nécessite l'achat du produit. Mais le produit peut etre gratuit, cela n'a aucune importance. Uniquement les téléchargements "non gratuit" sont dans les emails et dans l'espace de téléchargement, puisqu'il faut avoir acheté le produit pour y accéder. Un téléchargement gratuit étant afficher sur la page produit cela n'a aucun intéret de le mettre autre part. Merci d'avance")* Alors j'ai trouvé mon problème, il venait de certain statut dans la configuration ( annulée, remboursée, confirmée, créée... ect ) qui était marqué en français au lieu d'anglais, j'ai donc remis par défaut et maintenant tout marche. Par contre, j'ai une demande, j'ai bien réglé la limite de téléchargement à 1 par utilisateur mais la limite est quand même fixé à 50 comme sur le screen. comment y remédier ?
