Vous pouvez soit supprimer le produit remboursé, soit modifier le prix et noms des produits dans le panier ; Et ainsi passer le prix du produit remboursé à 0 en ajoutant dans son nom une mention comme quoi il a été remboursé/retourné. Merci, Stéphane")* Pour un remboursement partiel ou total , c'est pratique de modifier une commande pour que tout le monde s'y retrouve mais en théorie lorsqu'il y a facture , il faut établir un avoir pour un remboursement ou une déduction sur une prochaine commande ! Merci, Stéphane")* Oui. Vous pouvez par exemple créer un coupon du montant correspondant via le menu Commandes>Réductions et fournir le code du coupon à votre client. Pour une remboursement, vous pouvez changer le statut de la commande en remboursée et faire le remboursement effectif du paiement dans votre interface de gestion marchant de votre plateforme de paiement. Certaines permettent le remboursement partiel et dans ce cas là, vous pouvez mettre in commentaire lors de la modification de la commande dans le backend. En bref, vous pouvez gérer cela un peu comme vous le voulez. Mon probléme est que je ne vois pas de factures et d'avoirs correspondants à ces mouvements financiers , ils sont pourtant obligatoires (je pense) par rapport à nos amis de l'administration fiscale !
