Note : Apprenez en plus sur log file avec [ ce tuto](https://www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/295). Pouvez vous fournir plus d'elements, comme les **plugins de paiements** que vous utilisez et les **screenshot** des pages de configuration de ceux-ci ? En attente de vos retours. Merci")* Bonjour, Activez l'option "débogage" de votre méthode de paiement et faites un nouveau test. Ensuit, éditez votre log de paiement via la section Fichiers de la configuration HikaShop et cela vous affichera le log. J'ai ajouté les droits en écriture sur le fichier, mais toujours pas de fichier log. Merci")* Bonjour, Je ne vois que deux possibilités : - Pouvez essayer d'aller dans votre plugin file **Atos.php** - trouver cette ligne (environ vers la **ligne 880**) : Code: $paymentData->payment_params = hikashop_unserialize($paymentData->payment_params); to replace it for this : Code: $paymentData->payment_params = unserialize($paymentData->payment_params); - faite un nouveau test pour voir, si cela marche. Si le problème perdure checkez les différents points de [ ce tutorial](https://www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/integrated-documentation/10-hikashop/33-hikashop-payment-paypal-error.html#notification). Demander à votre host le **http access log** peut potentiellement donner des indices. En attente de vos retours.
