Pointant sur une page indiquant que: > **Order** custom fields: you will be able to personalize the information you can also gather from your customers when they order something on your store. But the difference with the previous type of custom field is that these fields appear on the checkout in the fields view. For example, You can ask them information about the delivery or the payment or a "comments to the shop" field. Then, you will find this information on the order details and/or the orders listing on the back end. **This is only available in the business version of HikaShop**. Je vais voir si le client veut acheter la version Business. Juste une petite question : dans la procédure il est indiqué que "Champs" doit être placé après "Paiement" dans le passage en caisse. Cela m'étonne un peu car après le paiement on est redirigé vers l'organisme de paiement, non? Salutations. Le souci maintenant est que le champ Mondial Relay ne s'affiche pas lors du passage en caisse. J'ai créé le champ personnalisé dans la table "Commande" et je souhaitais le contrôler mais dans la liste des champs personnalisés (sélecteur TOUS), aucun champ de la table "Commande" ne s'affiche; uniquement des champ des tables "Address" et "Product". J'ai essayé de recréer le champ Mondial Relay mais j'ai eu un message indiquant que ce champ existe déjà. (cf image jointe) Donc: <> je ne sais pas comment afficher ce champ pour le contrôler <> souci pour le faire apparaitre dans le passage en caisse. <> à quel endroit exactement doit-on faire placer la zone "champs" dans le tunnel de conversion (je l'ai mis au mùeme niveau que paiement). PS: nous n'avons pas mis en place ce site, c'est un client que nous reprenons en mains (du moins on essaie) Merci d'avance pour votre aide. Salutations. Je ne vois pas où il est dit cela. Il n'y a pas d'ordre à respecter. Cependant, il est mieux de mettre fields juste après shipping si c'est pour la sélection du point relai, histoire de rester logique. 2. Après, concernant payment, le bloc ne va pas créer la commande. Il permet simplement la sélection de la méthode de paiement. C'est le clic sur le bouton "finish" sur la dernière étape du passage en caisse qui va créer la commande et ensuite rediriger vers la plateforme de paiement. 3. Il n'est pas nécessaire que le champs s'appelle mondialrelay. Donc vous pouvez mettre n'importe quel nom de colonne. J'ai recréé le champ et tout est OK back-end et front-end, j'ai dû avoir un souci de rafraichissement.
