Cordialement")* Bonjour, Je rencontre pas mal de problèmes de validation du paiement avec ce plugin alors qu'avec le plugin PayPal cela fonctionne... Ma question : - Faut il avoir un compte PayPal pour payer avec le nouveau plugin même en sélectionnant CB? - Où et comment peut on redimensionner la "fenêtre" des choix, dans mon cas elle est toute petite à droite au lieu de tenir tout le corps du template. Cordialement")* Bonjour, Désolé mais ce plugin de paiement me pose des problèmes sur plusieurs clients, ils n'arrivent à accéder à PayPal ou au paiement par CB et je ne saurais expliquer pourquoi, je suppose que les champs de la CB n'apparraissent pas ou la fenêtre PayPal...à mon avis ils rafraîchissent la fenêtre et par conséquent cela créée de nouvelles commandes sans pouvoir en payer une... Si j'essaie cela fonctionne... Il suffit d'ajouter le code CSS que j'ai fourni plus haut au début ou à la fin d'un fichier CSS (d'HikaShop, en suivant les instructions du lien plus haut pour rajouter du CSS à HikaShop; ou de votre template, avec les instructions de votre fournisseur de template). Pour hikashop, il suffit d'aller dans la page de configuration d'HikaShop, dans l'onglet "Affichage", d'éditer le fichier CSS frontend et de rajouter le code au début ou à la fin. Vous dites "les clients sont obligés de faire plusieurs commandes pour y avoir accès" mais je suppose que c'est uniquement certains clients qui ont le problème non ? J'imagine qu'il y a une combinaison de facteurs qui font que PayPal ne les autorise pas à payer. Par exemple, s'ils fournissent une adresse invalide, où si leur adresse est dans un pays pour lequel PayPal n'accepte pas les paiements, ou des choses dans ce style. Il serait sympa d'essayer de voir avec eux pourquoi ils n'arrivent pas à payer avec PayPal. Ils doivent bien avoir un message d'erreur, ou quelque chose qui permettrait de mieux comprendre ce qui ne va pas.
