Salutations.")* Bonjour, Effectivement avec la dernière version d'Hikaserial installée, le process de commande arrive à son terme, avec le message "Merci d'avoir passé commande...". Merci beaucoup pour votre réponse. La commande a bien le statut "Confirmé". Le paiement est confirmé. Mais aucun mail ni acheteur, ni administrateur n'est envoyé. Les mails sont bien générés (cf image du Journal des Emails). Ce n'est pas un pb d'envoi, le site achemine ses envois avec le SMTP d'OVH, et les envois de milliers de newsletters Acymailing se passent très bien. Toutes les adresses mails configurées sous Hikashop (cf image jointe) sont des adresses mails professionnelles (avec le nom de domaine). Est-ce un pb lié aux statuts (cf image jointe) ? Je ne vois pas bien le lien avec le fait de ne pas déclencher les emails. Nous pouvons vous transmettre les identifiants d'accès à l'admin du site. Salutations.")* Bonjour, Notez que vous avez la même adresse email pour l'envoi et la réception pour certains emails sur votre capture. Il est possible que le serveur SMTP de votre hébergement refuse l'envoi dans ce cas. Aussi, si les emails sont dans le journal des emails, c'est qu'ils ont été envoyés au serveur SMTP par HikaShop. S'il y a un problème ensuite, les informations sur le problème sont dans le log du serveur SMTP. Il faut donc voir avec l'hébergeur. Une fois la cause connue, il devrait être facile de corriger le problème. Surement un paramètre de la section emails de la configuration HikaShop à adapter. Salutations.")* Bonjour, J'ai mis à jour Hikashop en 6.5.2 et Hikaserial 6.1.1 et normalement je reçoit et le client aussi le mail avec le serial après le paiement PayPal. J'ai bien eu la notification du paiement PayPal et la commande est confirmée dans le panneau d'administration mais ni mon client ni moi n'avons reçu le mail avec commande confirmée et le serial en pièces jointe. Je ne sais pas si c'est dû à Hikaserial ou à Hikashop, mes paramètres 'envoi n'ont pas été modifié depuis 5-6 ans... A voir... Lorsque le plus est désactivé, HikaSerial n'est plus du tout chargé par HikaShop. Cela peut déjà vous permettre de savoir si HikaSerial joue un role à votre problématique. Salutations.")* Bonjour J’ai le même problème sauf que les mails admin et client pour la commande créée arrivent, seul les mails après paiement (commande confirmée) n’arrivent pas mais ils sont dans le journal des emails…et donc les serials ne sont pas envoyés au client. J'ai fait un test avec un article avec un serial mais un paiement Chèque, les mails de la commande créée arrivent mais des que je vais confirmer manuellement la commande et l'envoi au client on a l'erreur...et le mail de la commande confirmée apparait dans l'envoi des emails MAIS le serial n'est pas affiché dans le mail de commande confirmée et si on fait renvoyer > même erreur La commande apparait comme confirmée dans l'admin Par contre si je fais une commande SANS serial et paiement par chèque et confirmation manuelle avec envoi au client > RAS TOUS LES EMAILS SONT ENVOYES... Une autre chose qui pourrait avoir un rapport, si on va voir dans les serials émis, à la place du numéro de commande c'est l'Id de la commande qui est affiché...
