It seems you've double translated the field label or something. > 英語版での決済にて消費税の単語が日本語 That's normal. It comes from the tax namekey you've configured. Go in the menu System>Taxes and click on the "manage tax rates" button. There, you'll see the list of tax rates you've configured. What you've entered for the namekey is what will be used during the checkout. So I would recommend creating a new rate with the name you want in english as the namekey. Then, you can translate it with a translation override under the Languages tab of the HikaShop configuration. It should work like that. And it's normal Joomla's override system doesn't have the SALES_TAX translation key since it's generated on the fly when displaying the tax rate based on its namekey. The issue is to do with the "Non-latin translation keys" setting in the HikaShop configuration. When activated, you can even use the japanese text as the original text. However, the translation key is generated as a sha1 hash of the text. So, the sha1 of "Sales Tax" is "4fea00b363ddfb47f342e95b6cfc0fd9e2232175" and then the key is uppercased and prefixed with the letter T to get the translation key to use.
