MfG")* Hallo, in Joomla bekommst du zwar eine Nachricht, falls es ein HikaShop-Update gibt, aber anstelle der "1-Click"-Funktion wird eine neuere HikaShop-Version komplett über die vorhandene installiert, die Prozedur ist die gleiche wie bei einer Neuinstallation. Zunächst kommt es dann darauf an, welche HikaShop-Version du hast: Starter, Essential oder Business. Die kostenlose Starter-Version kannst du natürlich auch weiterhin kostenlos von hier herunterladen solange wie HikaShop sie anbietet. Wenn du eine kommerzielle Version (Essential oder Business) hast, solltest du die von deinem Händler beziehen, denn unter deinem eigenen Account hier wirst du keinen Zugang zum Download hier haben. Für den Fall, dass du eine der kommerziellen Versionen hast, ist natürlich dein "Händler" zuständig, weil du nur mit diesem einen Vertrag hast (und nicht mit HikaShop selbst), und dann kommt es darauf an, zu welchen Bedingungen dein Vertragspartner dir deine Lizenz geliefert hat. Solange er nicht eine kommerzielle Lizenz samt Support- und Update-Anspruch an dich abgetreten hat (z.B. indem er HikaShop davon in Kenntnis setzt und eine Lizenz auf deinen User-Account hier und deine Domain übertragen lässt), ist er dein Ansprechpartner für alles, wie das unter Handels-/Vertragspartnern ja nunmal üblich ist - zu den Bedingungen, wie ihr sie vereinbart habt, und nichts anderes. Wenn eure Vereinbarung weniger oder mehr als das hier sonst übliche Jahr für Support und Updates von kommerziellen Versionen umfasst, dann ist das eben so.
