Es gibt allerdings keinen "Kaufen"-Button, sondern die Fehlermeldung kommt nach Klick auf "Registrieren". Anscheinend wird ein Benutzerkonto angelegt, aber nicht freigeschaltet, und ich bekomme auch keine Mail mit der Aufforderung, die Kontoaktivierung zu bestätigen. Außerdem, wenn ich versuche mich einzuloggen, bekomme ich Warnung > Zugriff verweigert! Entweder ist das Benutzerkonto noch nicht aktiviert oder es wurde gesperrt! Das sieht so aus, als wenn die Joomla-Benutzerkonto-Optionen so gesetzt sind, dass ein Administrator das Benutzerkonto aktivieren muss. Also, bitte mal in den Benutzer-Optionen von Joomla nachschauen und ggfs. die Einstellung dort ändern, speichern, und mit neuem Benutzernamen und Email nochmal versuchen. Wenn's dann klappt, lag's tatsächlich weder am Shop und seinen Einstellungen, noch an HikaShop-/Joomla-Versionskompatibilität, sondern einfach an einer "falschen" Joomla-Grundeinstellung. --- Need help with customisations of layouts, style or other site development? Hab in Joomla nur die Einstellung geäandert das sich Benutzer Anmelden können, mehr hab ich nicht gemacht. Ich selber hab es mit dem SuperAdmin versucht, und da bekomm ich die Fehlermeldung. Das TestMail kann die Seite versenden kein Problem. Wir reden hier aber über die Registrierung und Kontoaktivierung von neuen Usern. Joomla Backend > Benutzer > Benutzer > Optionen (Button rechts oben in der Ecke) > "Kontenaktivierung durch" ... was ist da ausgewählt? Wie gesagt, sieht so aus, als wenn's derzeit "Administrator" ist. Wenn du aber nicht selbst jeden neuen User erst selber aktivieren willst, solltest du da entweder "Benutzer" wählen (dann kriegt der eine Email mit Aktivierungslink) oder "Keine" (dann wird er sofort aktiviert und kann gleich weitermachen im Checkout). --- Need help with customisations of layouts, style or other site development? Eben das finde ich ja so komisch das wenn ich mit dem SuperAdmin eine Bestellung durchführen möchte das ich dann diese Fehlermeldung bekomme. Wenn es Dir nichts ausmacht geb ich Dir ein Login für die Seite kannst dann schauen wo evtl das Problem liegt. Ich hab keine Email mit Aktivierungslink bekommen, wie es eigentlich der Fall sein sollte. Die Lösung(en): 1.) Offensichtlich eine Sache der Email-Einstellungen, entweder in Joomla oder in HikaShop. Tatsache: auf einmal lief es in der Joomla-Registrierung, und anders als zuvor bekam ich die Mail mit Aktivierungslink, ohne dass ich was machen musste... du musst also in der Zwischenzeit die Einstellungen korrigiert haben... :blink: 2.) Sehr offensichtlich hast du entgegen deiner Aussage hier oben nicht HikaShop nach 2.6.2 upgedated, wie von Nicolas empfohlen. Tatsächlich war eben noch 2.6.1 installiert.
