Wenn ein Pferdename im Feld eingetragen wird und "in den Warenkorb" geklickt wird, wird in der Browser-Konsole ein Error "500 (Internal Server Error)" gezeigt. Um mehr zu erfahren, bitte mal Joomla's Error-Anzeige auf maximum setzen, und dann den Vorgang wiederholen. In den zwei Jahren seit 4.2.2 hat sich eine Menge getan -- auch in punkto Custom Fields -- und wenn's nicht am Server bzw. Was mache ich falsch?")* Ich habe irgendwie diesbezüglich auch nichts im Server-Log. Nun habe ich nochmal die Starter installiert und danach nochmal die Business. Nun funktioniert das mit den Feldern. Allerdings habe ich nun das Problem dass beim Bestellabschluss eine Fehlermeldung kommt 0 Call to undefined function hikashop_isClient() Die Bestellung wird zwar ausgelöst mit Status offen aber das kann so natürlich auch nicht sein. Eigentlich wollte ich jetzt nicht schon wieder soviel zahlen. Wenn die Updates wenigstens etwas günstiger wären als für Neukunden... Was mache ich falsch?")* Die Updates sind (wesentlich!) günstiger -- € 60 statt € 99,90 -- aber eben nur bevor dein Abo abläuft. Ist ja deine Entscheidung, aber € 60 pro Jahr... oder nun € 100 nach zwei Jahren... für einen Online-Laden, der ja schließlich Einnahmen bringt... das sollte sich aber doch nicht wie "nicht schon wieder soviel zahlen" anfühlen, oder...? Zu dem Error "Call to undefined function hikashop_isClient()" hilft -- wie so oft -- die Suche hier im Forum. Siehe z.B. [ www.hikashop.com/forum/install-update/89...kashop-isclient.html](https://www.hikashop.com/forum/install-update/897623-after-update-to-4-1-0-i-get-call-to-undefined-function-hikashop-isclient.html) Die andere Warnung bekomme ich nicht zu sehen, ist aber eben auch nur eine Warnung = kein Error, also auch kein großes Problem. "massaction"... hast du denn eine Mass Action laufen? Falls ja, vielleicht ist die falsch konfiguriert? So oder so, wenn Joomals Fehleranzeige wieder abgeschaltet ist, ist die Meldung auch verschwunden. Wahrscheinlich wäre das auch nach Update kein Thema mehr. Es ist nicht so einfach, eine veraltete Version zu supporten... im englischen Forum würden dir dir HikaShop-Jungs das gleiche erzählen -- verständlicherweise. Ganz abgesehen davon, dass du nichts zum Thema PHP- und Joomla-Version gesagt hast... wenn das alles superneu ist, aber HikaShop eben steinalt, dann kann es so manche Inkompatibilität geben. --- Need help with customisations of layouts, style or other site development? Was mache ich falsch?")* Ja ich suche meist schon bevor ich im Forum schreibe. Meist komm ich schneller zum Ergebnis als in einem Forum zu fragen. Allerdings muss ich schon sagen, dass dein Support echt schnell kommt. Allgemein der Support hier ist super. Danke [ www.hikashop.com/forum/install-update/89...kashop-isclient.html](http://www.hikashop.com/forum/install-update/89...kashop-isclient.html) hatte ich gefunden und auch schon gemacht. Hat aber das Problem nicht behoben. Und mehr konnte auch Google nicht helfen, jedenfalls nicht spezifisch für Hikashop. PHP habe ich mit 7.3 und jetzt noch mit 7.4 getestet. Jommla ist aktuell 3.10.2 Mass Action habe ich nichts was ich wüsste. Vielleicht kommt es aber auch von den mehreren Eingabefeldern die ich habe. Ich habe einfach etwas angst, dass wenn ich nun das Update kaufe, dann die Probleme nicht besser sind. Ich weiss nicht seit wann die Fehlermeldung 0 Call to undefined function hikashop_isClient() da ist. Der Bestellablauf funktionierte eigentlich sonst. Was mache ich falsch?")* Wenn du Joomla updatest, dann bekommst du eine Warnung, dass du sicherstellen musst, alle Extensions damit kompatibel zu haben. Du hast nun ein topaktuelles Joomla mit fast viel zu aktuellem Helix (Bootstrap 5!), vielleicht noch ein paar andere Extensions, und derzeit ein noch älteres HikaShop (4.0.1 = drei Jahre alt!) als zu Beginn dieses Threads. Es war mal mal 4.2.2 Business, dann hast du 4.4.3 Starter drübergebügelt, und nun schließlich nochmal 4.0.1. Von Customisations mal ganz abgesehen... ich wette, da hast du über das Wirrwarr hinweg nichts angepasst, richtig? Dass da gut was schiefgehen kann, "alte Brocken" im System klebenbleiben können, wenn man nicht gut aufpasst und das von vornherein = vorher verhindert, ist eigentlich kein Wunder. Sorry, aber dafür gibt dir keiner irgendeine Garantie. Und auch keinen Support mehr, sorry, denn nun würde die Reparaturanleitung und das richtige Vorgehen in schriftlicher Form Seiten füllen. Ich hab hier problemlos etliche Generationen Joomla & HikaShop laufen, aber keinen solchen Mix. Auch eine neueste mit J! 3.10.2 und HS 4.4.3 -- auch null Probleme.
