Display characteristics variants in a table view

hello and Merry Christmas to all!
In the above url you ll see my needs. Basically I need to change the way characteristics are displayed, and add beside them the quantity box, and the add to cart at the end.
As you can see in the printscreen I have an example of a custom shop.
I tried what Xavier proposed but It s impossible to make it work.
I can t show the quantity box.
