[SOLVED] Affiliate signup issue

We are having an issue with affiliate signup as certain fields are not present to be filled in but are required. How can we have these fields present in the form as I cannot find which file to change.

That's indeed a bug, the system shouldn't actually check custom user fields on that save since there is no display of the custom user fields (and for a good reason since you fill them already on the registration and you're logged in when you can save this affiliate program form, and thus you've already filled them before).
I've added a patch to avoid that error.
Donwload again the install package on our website and install it on yours and it will fix the problem.

I downloaded the current tHikaShop 4.0.3 and that fixed the issue.
