You have to update your database using PHPmyAdmin, creating the missing columns. Code: ALTER TABLE `#__hikashop_badge` ADD `badge_quantity` VARCHAR( 255 ) NULL DEFAULT ''; by replacing #_ by your database prefix. You'll have to run the other update queries manually in a similar manner.
