All State fields for the United States are published.")* Hi, What can be done is to publish back the zone "France" if it's unpublished. Then In Display > Custom fields, edit the country field, set it back to "France" save, edit the state, select a france state, save. And set back the desired country, save, set the desired state, save, and unpublish again the France, this should solve your problem.
