No Payment methods found if billing and shipping address not in same Payment met

We use different payment methods for different countries.

If the billing address and the shipping address are not in the same payment method the system during checkout will say: No Payment methods found.

This worked previously ok! This is a big problem for us.

We are missing orders now because people can not pay.

Can you provide more elements like payment & shipping method configuration screenshot (all will be more usefull, here), because so far we aren't sure to understand the root issue.

Let's explain my idea, in our mind :
- Shipping method only use the shipping address to be restricted by zone => There must be another reason or setting to this result
- Maybe you have in your shipping method zone restrictions => But this won't prevent Payment method to be display, unless for a reason or another, you have set the same restriction.

thank you for clarifying. It was indeed a restriction on the payment method in terms of a shipping method restriction.

I was focusing on the billing address, but indeed it is logical that the shipping method is determined by the shipping address.
