Can we define a set of monetary options for the user in the Custom Fields section that the user selects and adds to the total invoice amount?
For example, we have a product that has the same price. After adding the product to the cart and paying for it in the second and third steps or so, it is part of it so that the user can select a Custom Service in which the amount will be added to the invoice.

Hello,
I'm not sure to understand what you want to do exactly but there is a plugin which allow to add a fee to the cart depending a custom field value (with a checkbox or dropdown, it's working very good).

Afterwards, thanks to the HikaShop restriction on custom fields, you can make the field available only if the customer have specific products (categories) in its cart.

Go in the menu HikaShop > Plugins
Click on the New button
Select HikaShop - Custom Field price in the list
Configure your plugin instance:
Choose the custom field you want to add fee depending the value.
Select the currency of the prices you will add
Add prices depending the custom field value.
Use the "+" button to add new prices
Set a default price for all other (non empty) values
