Try changing the line: Code: if(bccomp($data->order_shipping_price,0,5)){ to: Code: if(bccomp(number_format($data->order_shipping_price,5),0,5)){ in the file /media/com_hikashop/mail/order_creation_notification.text.php it should hopefully avoid the problem.
