Code: I searched in the database for the domain bmax.com.au and noticed that it is present in the following tables: 7676 matches in jos_redirect_links 75 matches in jos_hikashop_product There appears to be a redirect plugin that may cause the issue you are experiencing. I can suggest to try disabling that plugin and fix the URL of the products on your site. How can I go through & delete all of these canonical URL's without having to manually clear each one. When I ran this process, it now shows a 0 in the canonical URL's. Is this ok or will it cause issues? You probably used the "int" type instead of the "string" type for the "update the values" setting of your mass action. try with a string and make sure that the value field is left empty in your mass action before running it again.
