Error putting shop offline/turning off footer

Hello all,

i am currently building a shop for a client (first time using Hika shop) but when i try to turn off the Hika footer ( nimb.ws/IkKZBS ) i meet with this error ( nimb.ws/6wxqD2 ) i also return this same error when i try and put the shop in offline mode,
i am using the free version of Hika Shop (not sure if that has any bearing)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

It's probably a security software on your website / web server which flags the saving request as potentially hamrful due to the important amont of settings of the HikaShop configuration:

You probably need to increase the values of suhosin.post.max_vars and max_input_vars in your php.ini and/or suhosin. You might want to check about that with your hosting support.
