Thank you.")* Hi, If the file's "free download" setting is not ticked, then the download link won't appear on the product page, even if the product is free. It will only be provided to the user after he goes through the checkout with the product. So yes, you want to check the "free download" checkbox of the file. Then, it will add the download link on the product page. Now, I don't know why the link wouldn't work. Could you provide the URL of the page of that product with the issue so that we can look into it ? Could you also provide a screenshot of the settings of the product and of the settings popup of that file ? Finally, could you try activating the "debug" setting of the Joomla configuration page and access the download link page again ? The error page should contain extra information about what is happening and that might help us understand what is going on. Thank you.")* My website on frontend works okay. this happen on Hikashop admin product page. I'm not sure when this happen exactly, because not often I am doing free download. Before latest update was working perfect. You can try test: create new product, upload file, set a price, Publish and come back, delete price and try set free download. If this will working, means something maybe went wrong on my database after I deleted some product yesterday. I'm not freak out, because in few weeks I will changing my server and core for higher version, means maybe I have to start from scratch because I couldn't use migration. But was be good to know is not Hikashop bug. Thank you.")* I did some testing and link is working, means if I choose open link in new tab, then is working, but without pop-out window giving error. BTW, I tested on few browsers and everywhere is the same. I got filling something from joomla is messing up this issue. Looks like some plugin is redirecting link on pop-out feature to link which not exist. I'll provide info if I find out what's wrong. Thank you.")* Hi, Oh, you're talking about the file edit popup. I didn't understand. I've looked into it and I've made a patch for it. Download again the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours and you'll get the new patch. It should hopefully fix the problem with the file edit popup.
